Very conveniently located

All was fine as usual. It's convenient, parking next to room, gluten free menu very limited but that's a national issue not the one at Alençon. The room stank of stale tobacco. 1) all smokers STOP smoking in the rooms, it's disgusting for the rest of us. 2) air freshner needs to be used to mask this where people have flouted the rules. I had to sleep with my face under the covers it was so bad this time. Staff are lovely. Thank you.

One night stop all we wanted. It was very good

The accommodation was very good food excellent .service very friendly every body really nice thankyou .

Family visit

We stayed for 3 nights and were very satisfied with everything. Good location. We liked the chalet type of rooms and also the parking facility just outside each room. The staff were very accommodating as we arrived late. All in all we would recommend this hotel.

Very convenient for travelling south.

Comfortable but found bath difficult to get into as not given disabled facilities.
