Was the dirtiest room in 38 yrs of traveling for work I have ever stayed in. I was forced to stay since the entire area around Charlotte was sold out because of a Bruno Mars concert. I would avoid this hotel at all cost.

My husband and I truly love the WaterWalk. Our only concern was the floors we vey filthy with hair and the couch was stained. Walking with socks we had to wash them several times. Outside of that, the staff and director/manager were very helpful. WaterWalk will definitely be our go to while visiting Charlotte. We love how the apts/rms has everything you need with living rm, bdrm, full kitchen with stove and washer/dryer. Outside of our concerns this place would be an A++. Also very convenient to CLT Airport.
