When I stayed the temperature in the room was so hot, I lowered the temperature all the way to 60 and the air conditioning would not turn on, also the refrigerator was broken it would not turn on at all, which was frustrating but outside the room the hotel was nice and neat and its walkable distance to tourist attractions in Chicago

After two nights near O'Hare this was our only night downtown fairly close to Union Station (to be close to the train station for the next day's trip home). Central Loop was clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly upon arrival. Recommended, I would stay here again, especially considering the price point.
