The property and its location are excellent! The staff (doormen, front desk, housekeeping, concierge and restaurant) are all to be complimented as they are courteous and offer great services to their guests! My suite was comfortable and had a wonderful view of the river. The hotel's rooftop is very nice and I was able to mingle with locals there for Happy Hour, which was a plus. Overall stay was excellent!!

excellent location; walking distance to so many shops and restaurants; our rooms had a gorgeous view of the river. the staff was great! I had booked two double bed rooms, but they were able to change one of them to a king room and allowed us to check in at 10am. Both rooms were on the same floor very close to each other. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Ricky at the front desk was very approachable and nice, the room was clean and cozy, except the carpet needed cleaning too many stains around the bed and no information for the hotels restaurant, room service (besides breakfast), or pool in the room. The waitstaff in the hotels “21st floor” bar were attentive and polite, the food was good had the chicken skewers. No housekeeping knocking during check out. And the area is super convenient overall would stay again.
