"My friend and I had an amazing time here to celebrate our 20 years of friendship. We were disappointed with the traditional restaurant 1860 as we ordered a very delicate fish, the rombo, and it was meant to be a simple grilled dish. Instead we got it covered in garlic and chilli. We were shocked as we didn't expect is from such an high end restaurant. Also we ordered potatoes without onions and they came with onions, after we complained they told us they were pre cooked and so already mixed, which again was shocking. Last they gave us instead a salad with lettuce and tomatoes and it came instead with pickled peppers. Just not the high end restaurant you would expect. The hotel staff was very nice, and they didn't charge us for it after we explained, they also didn't charge us for the room service in the morning when we ordered 2 cappuccino. We had an issue as they wrongly charged my husband for a massage in the end we didn't do. Overall they made our stay pleasant and fixed all the issues."
