I had stayed at this hotel and everything has always been very good. This time the room was a bit neglected. There was a light in the ceiling that blinked all night, a bit distracting. The TV did not work. For the price it should be better than that.

The shower cutoff during my gf taking a shower. There was hair on the floors and towels. The shades didn’t work so we had to call and get it fixed. The air doesn’t get cold when you turn it down, so they have it controlled. Not horrible, but Won’t stay again .

Room was very comfortable and cozy, very clean and prestige hotel. Only quam, the late night staff at desk was rude; also the additional charges for the water that we did not drink, yet cleaning staff reported they were opened, spoke with Manager and he refunded the charge. Otherwise great stay!

The room was good except for the shower it only had two water temperatures cold and warm. The staff were nice. The room was never cleaned. I had two rooms. One from Wednesday to Sunday and another from Wednesday to Thursday. Neither room were ever serviced.

The hotel itself was very nice and exactly what you would expect from a Hyatt—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Staff was friendly, and overall the property met our expectations. While we were there, a large off-site children’s event brought in big groups, and unfortunately most of the issues we experienced stemmed from that crowd rather than the hotel itself. Noise levels and congestion were noticeably higher than normal, but this wasn’t the hotel’s fault—just the timing of our stay. The location is excellent, with plenty of food, shopping, and entertainment options all within easy walking distance. On a typical weekend, I imagine the experience would be fantastic. Overall, we would stay here again, but ideally not during a major event weekend.
