We picked this hotel because of the shuttle. We contacted the hotel with our flight details to book it but never heard back. We waited for the shuttle at the airport for 30 minutes in the cold and ended up taking a Uber. Same thing to get back to the hotel the day after - no shuttle available for our time slot. Our room wasn't ready so we had to wait another 20 minutes for the maid to make the bed. Finally, the clerk used a rather aggressive approach to sell us a breakfast supplement. Overall poor experience and additional cost because of commute to and from the airport. The room wasn't ready

After a 35min + que time for the reception, the room provided was not clear. Underwear and socks from previous guests were found in the room. We were provided with a new room without any apology or support in moving room etc. The new room provided had a dirty bathroom with lots of hair stuck in the drain filter in the shower. Wifi was very weak/ not working in the room, but strong in the reception. We forgot my daughter's teddy in the room at check out and contacted the hotel a few hours later the following day where the hotel claimed the teddy was not found and did not put any effort into locating it and did not call back after additional search, as promised. I cannot recommend this and I will never stay there again. There are lots of great hotels in Copenhagen. Go elsewhere. This hotel seems to be satisfied relying on business from delayed flights and not providing decent customer service.

There was misrepresentation regarding the shuttle service to and from the airport. Shuttle service should be continuous and should accommodate guests. We were a party of six, 3 adults and 3 children. We had two rooms and were not able to use the shuttle. We spent over $50 on Uber from and to the airport. This expense should not have occurred.

The room is very dark. They say it’s an eco friendly hotel so the rooms seem to have only 50% of the normal light power. There are no phones in the rooms for the same reason. The bathroom is good sized and well lit! The breakfast is mediocre. The scrambled eggs aren’t tasty (tetra pack quality). The hotel doesn’t prepare omelette. The baked beans are the healthy version with pinto and cannellini beans. No tomato sauce. The consistency resembles bean paste. I only mention this for English families with fussy eaters. The waffle station is great. They have lots of different teas (no peppermint tea), plant based milk, really good bread if you like proper seeded bread. After the third day the breakfast got boring though. We were a family of four staying in the family room. It is kind of tight. The sofa bed must have been horrible according to my son and husband. The sofa-bed was the closest to the window and they both could feel a draft from the window and were cold. You couldn’t adjust the temperature in the room. There is no closet for your clothes. Just a clothes rail with six hangers. It’s not the best hotel we’ve stayed at and we probably won’t return. If we stayed for two nights I probably wouldn’t have remarked on anything. We stayed five nights. Staff is friendly and professional. The hotel is a ten minute walk from the metro station which was convenient.
