Very nice staff and the location of the hotel is perfect. Everything is within a walking distance. However the hotel facilities need a mayor rework - Old and smelly carbets, smelly rooms and averything is in need of a good amount of paint and cleanup. The beds are very good though.

The location was excellent, only a block away from Nyhavn and a convenience store located kitty corner to the hotel. The room was small but it was no issue. It had everything we required and it was very clean. Storage rental lockers available in the basement to store luggage if arriving hours prior to check in, which was helpful. Staff were welcoming and friendly.

First time ever in Copenhagen, and I can tell you was the best, the hotel and the staff were awesome!. I book a double room and we got a gorgeous room with a bay view, the view we have was beautiful, got the opera of Copenhagen building, the bay, gorgeous sunrise. The bed was one of the comfiest I’ve ever stayed. Bathroom had a good size. And you can’t beat the location, just to blocks away from the amalienborg palace. Honestly the only one downside I found is the small size for the lift, besides that it’s the best! I’m surely coming back because I still have lots of things to do and learn from there.

The hotel is old musty dark and very unappealing. It’s not worth the price. I had to cancel and the hotel was kind enough to refund me. I would not recommend this place at the price they charge.
