I had an ok stay at spark by Hilton in Richardson. Everything smelled nice and the staff was very accommodating. The only problem I really had was with the bathroom. The bathroom was clean but it had some rust on the shower wall and needed new grout on the edges of the shower. The outlets in the bathroom also did not work to blow dry my hair. Aside from those issues, my stay was fine.

Mobiliity room was the last room on the 2nd floor, long long trip. Hallway was musty at check in and full of ppot smoke at check out a wall hanging came off the wall and fell onto the bed ROACHES the TP holder was broken the shower had a flimsy bench for "mobility" transfers it looked like it wouldn't have held 10 year old sitting on it. TV kept powering off and loosing its settings
