The key given to us did not work and we had to call front desk for getting help who ultimately had to assign a different room. Also, the shower was faulty. The button for overhead shower did not work. On a positive note, the staff (bell service, front desk, cleaning crew) is very helpful and hospitable.

The service wasn’t great, I found the staff untrained. They were too many in your face all the time with little to offer. You need to learn from Taj. Also, rooms need to have bathrooms without glass walls. How can you have transparent bathroom walls and families staying together in there?
