My favorite place to stay in Denver!

This hostel is AMAZING! Always a great stay and the service is wonderful. I suggest this hostel to anyone visiting downtown.

This was my second time in a hostel. I stayed here case it had good reviews, close to Union Station, and it wasn’t far from the Greek Theatre where I saw a concert. I didn’t have a bad an experience, the staff seem to keep to themselves until you need something or speak to them. I did a shared room with four bunks. It was quiet for the most part and comfortable. The bed was comfortable, an outlet, a reading light, and some privacy with the bunk’s privacy curtain. They had some storage under the bunk which I liked for my luggage and bag. I used my own lock. Showers were clean, and they had towels. The bar had its music loud, so I couldn’t relax in the bar/lounge/kitchen. The front desk isn’t 24hrs, it closes at 2am with the bar. As a solo traveler, it be nice if they had someone there 24 hrs so someone like me would feel some security. The vibe I felt was it was mostly a bar atmosphere with a hostel. If I ever visit Denver again, think I’ll try the other hostel.

Dissapointing experience overall

The staff was very friendly, however they were very unorganized. When I first checked in, I was assigned the wrong room in my keycard. Then, I was assigned a bunk that was already occupied. This happened once more until I finally took a bunk on my own that was empty. A day later I had left some clothes in my bunk which the people working room service took and I was only able to retrieve one of those items. I have stayed at several hostels and I do not mean to be rude, but I can't help but notice that some of the staff seemed disinterested, which I am sure they can work on. One a more positive note, the hostel was clean overall and it's in a prime location which made traveling very easy.
