"The hotel is lovely and the rooms were very clean. I loved the Fitness Center, and the location is great to wander around town. The two complaints I have is that with all those floors two elevators were not working and that really delays people. Also, the girl at the West Tower knew nothing about what was around the area. I think it's important that they are more knowledgeable. The concierge I talked with was not good. She did have an attitude and she was not very helpful. I just think the person in this position should smile and be interested in talking with you and offer helpful information. Everything else was great. The restaurants were really good, and the coffee shop was great as well."
