"The positives: an amazing spa! Convenient, clean, and very comfortable! The hotel's location is convenient for those who enjoy shopping and using public transport. It is a 30-minute walk to the Old Town. Nearby, there is a wide selection of small restaurants offering delicious dishes to suit every taste. The rooms are very small, but if you are on a higher floor, the view from the window is impressive. The bathroom is very small, and the towels looked very worn. The front desk staff were unfriendly; I didn't feel particularly welcome—most of the staff were just staring at their phones (the new normal). Overall, I am grateful. Warsaw is a beautiful city!"
