A stand-out choice for a family holiday

I haven't seen this level of cleanliness and excellent service since pre-pandemic. The staff were so attentive and joyful, the room was very clean and comfortable, the pool was spotless and such fun for the whole family, and the breakfast was full and the breakfast room was meticulously clean. Such attention to detail, in all areas, that made the entire stay so pleasant. This was a perfect family location. I am glad I had points to use to help pay for what would otherwise be too expensive for us for one night, and my girls said that the only problem with the hotel is that we could only stay there one night.

Very rude check in/hotel. experience.

Ruddest check in clerk. There were two agents one was making coffee She was nice, the male was supposedly bringing towels to the pool. Front desk was unattended at 9pm. Sign stated "Hello" they were tending to a guest. No bell was present at that time. I checked. I saw the lady coming out with coffee and she said she'd be right there. As I turned around...there was the male agent, he had put the bell on the desk and turned the sign to "ring the bell". He told me I should have rung the bell. I told him I would have if it were on the desk but he just put it there. He was swarmy and rude. I took pictures AFTER he added the bell. The next day, I get a notification from my credit card company that Ramada had charged me again for the hotel I had prepaid a few weeks earlier. That male agent put through my card as a two night stay instead of the standard deposit. I called the desk and a rude woman stated my husband made a purchase... I replied, yes, on debit, not credit and not for hundreds of dollars. The elevator closed on my leg. The safety failed which usually registers an obstacle in the doors of the lift. My husband had to force the door open to free my leg. Sunday morning a child threw up in the breakfast area. There were no attendants and another guest had to go get a front desk agent for assistance. We chose not to stay for breakfast. Only Ava(?) was kind and pleasant to us. The rest of the staff were rude and ignorant. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to a stray rat.

The hotel seems nice, but both our Queen mattresses were old and worn out. Felt like sleeping in holes and hills. For over $350 a night one would expect a mattress you could sleep on as that is why we were there. It’s a nice hotel, the waterslide was fun but the owners are cheating out to make more money.

The property was great the building was clean. The only downside was the beds were to soft that the center was hollowed out and after 3 nights my back was hurting it would be nice if they would have a bit stiffer mattresses to help prevent them from following out in the centre.

Great quality family hotel!

We absolutely loved the hotel. It was well set up for families and super clean. The hotel pool had a big curving slide and a great sized hot tub. They also had a gym. The morning breakfast included hot dishes, as well as cereal, yoghurt and such. The only disappointing thing was that we didn’t stay there for more than one night. My daughter and her family absolutely loved it.

It was a bit noisy with banging happening all night in the hall and room above. The breakfast food was hot and great quality. The hotel staff were kind and friendly, except for the during the breakfast offered. I asked for a non dairy option for the cereal and the kitchen staff simply said no with no politeness.
