An overnight stay between 2 friends. Cosy, clean and warm room. Comfortable bed. Bathroom has nice walk in shower and interiors. Decent sized TV with free channels. Didn't have time to use it but bar and restaurant and lounge areas look nice. Will definitely revisit for next catch up with friend.

Stayed overnight when meeting up with friends in Dundee. Reception friendly on check in. Never booked breakfast and arranged to eat in Dundee so did not use the dining room or bar. Room was clean and bed comfortable...only issue i had overall was one of the hand towels in my room was soaking wet on my arriving jn the room. Wouldnt like to think it had not been changed? Apart from that I had a comfortable stay and free parking at the hotel is ideal too, would certainly book again as i have been to xmas night out here but not stayed at the hotel till now :-)

Lovely hotel for an overnight trip

Room was lovely and comfortable. I had fish and chips in the restaurant which was very fresh and tasty. Will stay again when I am next in Dundee

Great staff. Decent menu choices for the evening and plentiful breakfast. Great view from the dining room too. Old part of the building is grand. Rooms comfy and well equipped, but some aspects need tlc- small holes in net curtains and a towel. Parking easy and in a quiet location in town - great for the Uni.

Our stay was very comfortable and provided the expected amenities and safety level. While slightly outside of the city center, it offers easy parking in a safe-looking neighbourhood.
