A little disappointed

We were greeted by a charming young man called Luke at check in Our first night was disrupted by the fire alarm going off at 10pm … then we were wakened by a couple having a full on fight at 5am doors banging , shouting and sweating woke us up and then could not get back to sleep :0( However second night was excellent , we had a nice dinner at the bar area and the service was excellent . Not the peaceful weekend we expected !

Ive stayed at a few hotels in Dundee and been fairly happy with them all. However i expected better from one bearing the Hilton name. The cleanliness of the room was good but i felt stains in carpet have been ignored. I felt that too much of toilet was in need of deep cleaning although the toilet and sink areas were spotless. Shocked to find that a tv is provided but there were no channels available on it and staff at reception said that only some rooms have channels. Although phone or computor could be attached. Hotel advertises a 'free buffet breakfast', if the hotel thinks Free is the same as Inclusive then they're mistaken and misleading. The breakfast was amongst the worst ive ever had in any hotel.. The car park is inadequate for the number of guests. Good points: Beds clean a comfortable, staff are friendly although not exactly helpful, Hotel appears clean in general.

Great Central hotel.

Great location with onsite parking for £10. Staff were fantasti,rooms were nice and clean. We ate at the bar and its was pretty good. Plenty of choice at breakfast. Would recommend.

Clean, simple hotel that appeared to always have 1 member of staff less than was required. Breakfast on the first day was utter chaos; would have liked a room with a window that actually opens.
