The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was ideal for us, very near the train station. Having arrived late on the day of our check in, it would have been nice if there was some sort if food available at the hotel. Also the residents bar closes very early.

Good Hotel with an ideal location near all attractions and good restaurants. Lovely relaxing lounge with views over Tay Bridge. Good Breakfast. Shower water pressure could have been better but was adequate

Great location for town centre

Dog friendly hotel but didn't have a dog blanket/bed or a food/ water bowl in the room. When I asked for a food bowl the hotel staff weren't sure they had one but produced a very large mixing bowl for water. Think the hotel should provide these if they are going to show they are dog friendly on their website.

Good location, near to the train station

Pros: Close proximity to the train station and to the shops/restaurants
Cons: Service on reception and with the food
Location: Close proximity to the train station and to the shops/restaurants (around 5-10mins walk)
I was charged twice for the room, then the evening meal was not up to scratch according to the front of house manager, so I was asked to order again, whilst my colleague had finished his meal. The second meal was ok, but the manager said that he would amend our room account for the inconvenience and never did. So the room was ok, breakfast ok but not much choice, but the staff were not great.
