My main reason for using this hotel was that it had a fridge, i needed one to keep medication in and had emailed the hotel before we went.I was disappointed to find out it was a mini bar and couldnt get to the temperature I needed it to. After speaking to the receptionist i was able to get it put in the staff fridge. The staff were all friendly even though i had to ask every evening to get my medication. What lets this hotel down is the food, the breakfast buffet was never hot and the plates were cold. The special orders were good because they were cooked when ordered. The restaurant menu was not to our taste and when we had a meal in the bar it arrived warm. The hotel is really nice and we did enjoy our break but the food side let it down.

There was a charge of £50 taken as i went in for any damages and if i used the car park. There was a charge of £14. No spaces available had to go and park in a municipal car park away from the hotel
