First time we have stayed at a Holiday Inn Express and was very impressed. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast had lots of choice and catered for all tastes. Hotel very clean.

Great location, Great hotel, Caring helpful staff

Pros: Everything
Cons: Nothing - just keep on doing what you are doing
Location: Plenty of big retail stores nearby and pubs and close to Dunfirmilne City Centre
We stayed in late December 2017 into January 2018, the room was spotless, Tina on reception was caring and helpful and took time to get to know her customers - Nothing was too much trouble - Would definitely recommend to others and we WILL stay again in the future. Well done Holiday Inn - see you again soon!

Good hotel and reasonably priced

Value for money

Easy to get to with free parking. Friendly staff on arrival and a nice comfortable room for me and my family. Breakfast was fantastic. Definitely recommend.

Sport

Hotel was as expected i,ve stayed with the Holiday Inn before. The only down fall was the male member of staff on that night and following morning did not make it a relaxing stay for both parties i booked for. The male staff clearly has a problem with Northern irish people none of the parties stayed liked his attitude.

very poor quality

room was poor, sofa bed was broken, bed had a wheel missing, when going down for breakfast ther was no plates no cutlery, and had to wait for food to come from kitchen and had to ask for more food to be put out. kitchen not very polite.
