unterkunft in die jahre gekommen. Lage sehr guht gelegen. Oldtown zu fuss erreichbar.

190 Dollar war für diese Unterkunft zu viel. Es ist schon ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen, doch sie haben sich bemüht es gut herzurichten. Das Bett ist sehr bequem, und sauber, was wirklich wichtig ist, die Dusche erneuert und ein guter Wasserstrahl mit guten Dusch/Shampoodispenser. TV auch gut, was unser Zimmernachbar auch bemerkte und in extremer Lautstärke TV schaute bis morgens um 5, wir haben jedes Wort verstanden, Reklamieren wollten wir nicht, waren froh als er dann abstellte. Doch dafür kann das Motel ja nichts. Doch Zimmer sehr hellhörig. Was uns jedoch schon störte war das angepriesene Frühstück. Ein paar Bananen/Aepfel, eingepacktes klebrig-süsses Gebäck und Kaffee. Ich fragte den Herrn ob es zu den zwei bereitgestellten Toaster auch etwas Toast gebe, doch er meinte nur, nein das gebe es nicht. So eine Stange Toastbrot kostet keine 2 Dollar….Obwohl bei Expedia mit Frühstück angegeben wurde. Schade!!! Die paar Gäste nahmen sich einen Kaffe und eine Banane und gingen wieder in ihre Zimmer. Das ist noch verbesserungswürdig. ein paar Meter weiter gib es kleine Kaffeestube mit frischen Beagelsund Zimtschnecken, haben dort dann für 2 Kaffee und 3 Beagels ca 27 Dollar bezahlt. Ich fragte dann noch an der Rezeption wo der Parkplatz ist für die Silverton-Railroad, er meinte wir dürfen das Auto bei ihnen stehen lassen, da zur Zeit nicht viele Gäste sind. Das war nett, danke. Doch würden wir es nicht mehr buchen, obwohl es supernah zur Bahnstation , gleich um die Ecke liegt.
