Super Hotel in Duisburg.

Pros: Der Service des Personals. Man fühlt sich als ob man schon seit Jahren Stammgast ist. Ich war das erste mal in diesem Hotel in Duisburg.
Cons: Espresso Tassen am Frühstück haben keinen Henkel und man kann sich sehr leicht die Finger verbrennen.
Location: Der Hauptbahnhof ist nicht weit entfernt und eine Große Einkaufsstraße befindet sich auch in der Nähe.Ungefähr 6 Kilometer entfernt ist der BerühmteZo
Ich bin über das Wochenende in dem Hotel gewesen von Freitag Abend bis Sonntag Mittag. Das Hotel Personal ist super freundlich und Sie lesen den Gästen Ihre wünsche von den Augen ab. Bei mir hat das Internet nicht funktioniert am Tablet aber beim Handy schon. Sie haben mir sofort angeboten das Zimmer zu wechseln. So wichtig ist mir das Internet aber nicht. Das Hotel war fast Ausgebucht weil eine Messe in Duisburg war. Es ist in der Nähe vom Hauptbahnhof von Duisburg. Die Betten sind ziemlich hart und sehr schmal wenn man ein Einzelbett hat. Ich habe ein paar Haare von dem Gast zuvor im Bad gefunden es war aber nicht so schlimm. Den Verkehr neben dem Hotel hört man überhaupt nicht. Zu Fuss ist man in 15 Minuten beim HBF und in der Innenstadt in 10 Minuten. Frühstück ist sehr umfangreich für 7 Euro extra. Ich kann das Hotel nur weiterempfehlen. Wenn ich nochmal nach Duisburg komme dann werde ich wieder in das Hotel gehen. Ich bin vielleicht einwenig Kritisch in ein paar Punkten aber ich bin selber Hotelfachmann und weiss worauf es ankommt. Ich hab schon in 5 Sterne Hotels schlechter gewohnt.

Sehr freundlicher Service! Ruhiges Zimmer.

Ich reiste deutlich früher an, als geplant, konnte aber trotzdem sofort mein Zimmer beziehen, sehr nette und zuvorkommende Behandlung an der Rezeption. Schönes ruhiges Zimmer, sehr sauber. Leckeres Frühstück. Wirklich alles sehr gut!
