The rooms are clean and cozy. Beds are clean, soft and comfortable. Best pillows ever! The shower has wonderful pressure. The staff are delightful and friendly. 5 minute walking distance to the Cuthbert Amphitheater. All around great experience at this hotel. Highly recommend and will stay there again.

This hotel was very clean and well maintained. We rented a room with a full kitchen, but there was no way to cook in the kitchen. There were no utensils, cutting board, dish towels, staples for cooking, so we paid extra for something we couldn't use. Also, there was never anyone at the front desk and though I checked in in advance it still took away to find someone to hand over the room key. The complimentary breakfast was great!

The bathroom ceiling was covered in mold over shower head and all grout had pink mold on it in the shower. The sink caulking even was moldy. They need some bleach products in their cleaning. The room itself was clean - the bath room didn’t reflect the room.

It was very loud. After 10pm we could hear our neighbor's entire conversation that went on forever, kids running up and down the halls, banging (not sure what was banging but it woke me up a couple of times after 11pm). Otherwise it was fine.
