We arrived to the hotel and the front desk was closed! There was no one there and the window was shut. I called the number that was posted for help and there was no answer. It was absolutely awful and we were not the only ones that were there trying to check in. NEVER again will I attempt to stay here. The lobby was filthy and totally run down.

I waited over 10 minutes for the receptionist to respond and check me in. I had an issue with the wifi and had to return to the front desk... to wait AGAIN, another 10 minutes before i was helped. Receptionist was in the back room within the front desk phone accessible.

The bathroom door was missing.

I kid you not, the bathroom door was missing. So was the light bulb in the bedside lamp. The AC unit sounded like a barking dog in the distance. I think this hotel needs to pay more attention to their property.
