Tolle Lage, sehr freundliches und engagiertes Personal. Jeder Wunsch, z.B. früherer Check-In und späteres Frühstück wurden erfüllt und bestmöglich umgesetzt. Das Hotel-Personal hat sich von der Coronakrise nicht die gute Laune verderben lassen. Der Standard des Personals ist auf jeden Fall eines 5-Sterne Hotels ebenbürtig…toll, dass es sowas noch gibt!

Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis

Zentral gelegenes Hotel, sehr freundliches und aufmerksames Personal. Zimmer geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Gutes Frühstück. Leider war das Badezimmer nicht wirklich sauber, dreckige Fliesen und Lichtschalter, Ersatztoilettenpapierrolle war mit einem undefinierbaren, eingetrockneten Fleck verschmutzt.

Für das unsaubere Bad möchten wir uns aufrichtig entschuldigen. So etwas darf wirklich nicht vorkommen. Wir werden heute unseren Housekeeper extra noch einmal instruieren.

Gutes Hotel in Stadtmitte

Cons: Für die Größe des Frühstücksraumes und die Zahl der Gäste ist das Frühstücksbuffet zu eng gestaltet—Gedränge. Die Kaffeemaschine ist zu langsam.
Dies war eine einzige Übernachtung (2 Personen) — wir waren sehr zufrieden, zumal man sich im Zentrum von Darmstadt befindet.

Sehr geehrte Hotelgäste, vielen Dank für Ihre gute Bewertung, es freut uns, wenn Sie einen angenehmen Aufenthalt hatten. In Bezug auf unseren Frühstücksraum, kann es an Wochenenden (mit vielen Doppelzimmer-Buchungen) zu kleinen Staus kommen, weil alle gerne spät frühstücken und dann meist zur selben Zeit kommen. Mit 80 Sitzplätzen, bei 77 Zimmern (und 80% Einzelbelegung), reicht der Platz an den allermeisten Tagen aus...

Sijainnin takia työmatkalla valittu lähelle keikkapaikkaa. Kallis tasoisekseen. Ihan ok kaikki, mutta Darmstadtissa olisi ollut punttiksella yms. hotelleja halvemmalla - kaempana. Sijainti ratkaisi. Perussiisti hotelli 3. kerroksessa kerrostalossa sisäpihalla. Ihme käytäntö oli, että hotelli vaati maksun etukäteen. Yleensähän hotelli maksetaan check outissa.
