Very accommodating and helpful concierge staff. The room was very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was good too and is available for longer hours. There’s a paid parking garage €30 for 24 hours. There’s also free street parking. The bus, tram, underground/subway and train stations are literally next to the hotel. Very convenient especially traveling with a senior with limited mobility. I would stay here again.

Room was excellent. Staff were very helpful. As there is no restaurant in the hotel perhaps a list of nearby restaurants in the rooms would be helpful. Overall we had an excellent stay and one we'll remember for a long time.

Nice, clean, and modern facility. Only complain was our room had a musty smell but overall a very comfortable stay. The hotel is right across from the European Central Bank complex/tower. We did get a chance to go in for a short tour of the first floor visitor center. We did also walk to the old part of town (about 1.5 miles away). Very doable on a nice day. There is also a nice supermarket a block away that you can get most essential including snacks and drinks.

Good hotel

Very quiet and the service is excellent. Also, it is the doir beside the metro and train which is very good. However, the area is a bit scary with all the homeless people. Also the pillows are really bad. We did not sleep well with these.
