Das Hotel führt deutliche Sparmaßnahmen durch und begründet dies mit "Corona". Kein Fitnessstudio, kein Frühstücksbuffet. Nur eine Art billiges Lunchpaket, hauptsächlich mit abgepackten Süßspeisen. Weder gesund, noch umweltfreundlich, aber günstig im Einkauf. Den Kunden kostet es aber 20€ pro Person. Trotz dieser "Managementprobleme" ist das Personal jedoch sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren, vielen Dank für ihr Feedback. Bitte seien Sie versichert das wir stets daran arbeiten unser Angebot und die Vielfalt zu verbessern. Es ist richtig aufgrund der aktuellen Lage ist derFitnessbereich sowie in beiden Häusern nochkein Frühstücksbuffet eröffnet. Auch hier versuchen wir schnellstmöglich mit den Öfnungen beginnen zukönnen. Da hierbei jedoch mehrere Faktoren berücksichtigt werden müssen, ist eine Öffnung zu Zeiten vor der aktuellen Pandemiesituation nicht direkt möglich Bezüglich Ihrem Lunchpaket dürfte ich einmal kurz nachfragen, wann Sie explizit bei uns übernachtet haben, damit wir auch hier nochmal das ganze untersuchen können.
