Housekeeping was horrible. We would leave our towels outside our room by our door and they would not leave adequete amount of towels for us. The floors were absolutely filthy!! I dropped something on the floor and useda papertowel to clean it up and the papertowel was black. NASTY FLOORS! Toiletpaper isn't worth a cent. This is usually My husband and my place we love to stay at but this stay we wasnt so happy so we will be staying somewhere else next time and we come to Gatlinburg 2 to 3 times a year because we live it so much, we also usually get a mountain view but we got the pool view this time. 😟

Nice hotel, great price!

Perfect location to walk anywhere, room renovations are nice. Only problem we had was the tub/shower faucet was leaking and there was no water pressure in our room 305. However, the front desk and housekeeping were both attentive. Also, room had slight musty odor, which we also told them and they said would be addressed.

The best part about this hotel is Location and it comes with free parking It’s a little dated, but really good shape with freshly redone rooms But it didn’t care for is none of the balconies have a decent view lol mine looks straight out at a wall and this is the second time I’ve been in this hotel same thing last time
