Room was new and clean, new towels brought every day, really nice jacuzzi tub, located right on the strip in Gatlinburg and close to the national park. Only complaint was the really loud garbage truck at 5am each morning!

This is an excellent place to stay in Gatlinburg which is close to many shops. The hotel is being renovated, the rooms and bathrooms are small but the king bed was excellent. A good place to stay for an overnight or maybe a longer stay. The price was very good.

Staff was great. Room was acceptable. Parking is tough and I don’t suggest even trying with a large vehicle. I would have rated higher if it weren’t for getting a migraine from the strong smell of marijuana throughout the entire floor.

The balcony was a view of the roof of another building so nothing to look at. The door to the bathroom would not close. The strip on the door had come off and they glued it back on but it did not hold so it stuck out about an inch and would not let the door close-I told the front desk about it when I checked out.

I like staying at Reagan resort inn, as you can see, i have stayed there 2 times before. I have stayed at several motels in Gatlinburg, i prefer to stay at Reagan resort.
