"Stay was great, however, there was a lack of towels for 2 people sharing. Our wet towels were left drying in the hooks, and the cleaner took them down and folded them so they stayed wet and got mixed up. I do not share towels, as unhygienic, so we had to ask for more towels for a 2nd time. Seems a bit common sense to let them dry or just replace them? But they were replaced quickly enough when I asked. "
