This is a good basic hotel . It is in an industrial area but you can walk to the Kelpes . The price is good the staff very helpful and friendly

The hotel is lovely and the staff is very friendly and helpful. However, this property is surrounded by industrial buildings. Gulls are very loud and make a lot of noise late into the night and again early in the morning. Be aware when staying here if you're a light sleeper that you will most likely be woken up by them.

A great budget hotel. As a female on my own I didn’t feel the safest. Lots of noise from outside smoking area. My bathroom also smelt of smoking too. Not sure I would revisit. Not the worst but not the best.

The receptionist I think Katya… was exceptional…. The room was lovely… just no good for someone in a wheelchair. As the disabled room was booked… only one disabled room out of hundreds is ridiculous in this day and age…. My husband couldn’t use the toilet, the shower. And couldn’t access the sink with the wheelchair, so couldn’t even wash his face….. unbelievable….

Lovely clean hotel, seems fairly newly built. Room was spotless. 15 minute walk to the Kelpies and 15 minute drive to the Wheel.
