Top hotel with great staff

Clean, nice view, great TV and en suite. Very friendly manager (Lauren) went out of her way to rectify an issue and greatly enhance the stay. Thank you! Highly recommended

Had issue with the AC, reported and got our room changed the next day but same issue was present in the next room. AC kept stopping mid night. But staff was quick and helpful to respond which is a plus. Cleaning could be improved as well specially the washroom.

Excellent one night stay

Excellent one night stay. Room very clean & comfortable, only downside was our room on 3rd floor we were not able to open the window to have any fresh air. The air con was okay to keep the room at a comfortable temperature but it’s not a substitute for fresh air. Breakfast was plentiful although the orange/apple juice dispenser was not working so there was only cranberry juice or water as a chilled selection. The restaurant at breakfast time operates a self clear table system, although most diners seemed to ignore this. At £76 for the night including breakfast it was a great value stay and we would return.

My family and I stayed here for two nights. Hotel is in a convenient location, free parking, clean rooms and a comfortable bed. Shower was also nice. Improvements - more variety at breakfast. Would be happy to stay at this hotel again.
