We booked this hotel for the close proximity to the ferry and it exceeded our expectations in every way! The staff were wonderful, the food too pool was a perfect relax in the heat, dinner was delicious. We planned on going to town but loved it so much we stayed there the whole time! We only had one night before our 8am ferry. I would highly recommend!

Amazing historic hotel. Staff were exceptionally helpful. Hospitality was beyond expectation. Convenient location to airport, waterfront and city center. Wish we were able to stay longer. This is THE place to stay in Heraklion.

A beautiful, peaceful stay

Megaron Hotel is a truly elegant, classical place, everything felt well cared for. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The rooftop restaurant offers a lovely view, and the small pool there is a perfect spot to relax. The room was clean, the bed very comfortable and breakfest was amazing.

The hotel staff was fantastic. They were friendly and professional. Our fairy to Santorini was cancelled due to weather and they were so helpful finding us a room for the extra night. Great location close to the port and town. Walking distance to many restaurants
