If you are looking for a romantic getaway at an ocean front beach villa, this is the place for you! Great ocean and pool views and located at the boardwalk entrance to the beach and the pool. Comfy villa with a King bed and pullout sofa.

Come stay in this ocean front, fully furnished 1 bedroom villa with a King size bed and pull out sofa with a new 2' mattress topper for sleeping comfort. There is 1 bathroom, full kitchen with brand new stainless steel appliances. There is a total coastal feel in this designer decorated villa with a shiplap wall and beach designed furniture. You have full-access to the ocean and pool at Hilton Head Beach & Tennis Resort (2 pools, 3 restaurants, beach front access, gym, tennis and pickleball courts etc.), and just steps out of your door onto the boardwalk to the the beautiful sandy Hilton Head beach. Enjoy a cup of coffee on your balcony in the morning and enjoy the sunrise views over the ocean. You will be happy you booked this one!
Hilton Head Beach and Tennis is one of the premier resorts on Hilton Head. It features the largest pool on HHI, 8 lit tennis courts, 4 pickle ball courts, a tennis pro on-site, and a remodeled fitness center.
During the summer enjoy Monday night movies and Wednesday evening karoke at the pool. Enjoy lunch, dinner or drinks at Jamaica Joez beach bar and dinner or drinks at Coconutz Sports bar. Bike rentals available at the resort and pizza delivery to your villa.
Hilton Head Beach and tennis Resort offers 4 private entrances to the beach, There is a laundry room down the hall from the villa. Very enjoyable

Condo was clean and convenient to everything. We enjoyed to gym and the beach. Rode bikes with all of the connecting paths, easily accessible. The check - in text i wish had clearer instructions. We ended up going to the office which was closed. It would help to attach the address of the property along with the key information.

Relaxing

Nice accommodations right on the beach and very near the pool. The room was large enough for two people but would probably feel crowded with more than four staying overnight. There was a full kitchen so we didn’t have to go out for every meal. Contacted the property company managing this unit regarding a couple of small things and they were dry responsive. We throughly enjoyed the view and nightly beach walks. Overall a very pleasant and relaxing experience.

Weekend Get away for military graduation.

We stayed shortly here due to a family member graduating from Paris Island! We enjoyed it, it’s close to the beach and the pool! It was fully stocked with kitchen things! We would 100% stay here again!

The condo was clean but the bed linens were wore out. The parking situation is terrible with no assigned spaces. Security not great and Door Dash can’t deliver here.

A Perfect 40th Anniversary Week

This condo was exceptionally clean, had everything we needed, bed was very comfortable, and close to the pool/beach. The development itself was overall very quiet. Parking was a little challenging at times as people from the other buildings would come park in front of our building due to the beach access. The cable would freeze up frequently but was quick at coming back on. Overall we had a fabulous week and recommend the property!
