Slightly confusing as hotel name is not in the district it is named after. However great location for Hong Kong Station and airport transfers. Helpful staff and Chinese themed rooms.

Staff is polite and nice. Room is acceptable and clean. What’s great about this hotel is its location! Hotel is near to amenities and many great restaurants. It is also near to Sheung Wan mtr station. Though the rooms are small (quite common and standard in hk), it’s value for money. However, a point to note is that the property building is a bit old.

The staff were absolutely wonderful! One of them even walked me to a restaurant 3 blocks away. Another get a tool to help fix by walking stick. The people in breakfast area were very accomodating. I was VERY pleased with their service. I only wish I had better view of harbour but all the rest was very good. (The room was smaller than it looked in the pic).

Amazing stay. It was my birthday and the reception team decided to upgrade my room and I had an amazing view of the harbor and it was all well. The breakfast was included and was fine but not mind blowing. Thanks so much for a great stay!

This is not a 4 stars hotel by any standard or imagination. Dust and clutter everywhere, spare lamps on the floor, no drinking water available in the room, mattress is thin and not comfortable, no extra pillows, ….etc. Location is good, but everything else is far less than desirable
