Experience at Cityloft

Reception was not accommodating to our needs. Had an overnight flight and asked for early check in 2 days in advance only to be left in lobby to sleep on the couch until 2 PM. Paining is taped to the wall, View is concrete of building next to hotel. Fridge was not working. Overall very basic service and experience. I’m not going there again.

they write it's a 4 star hotel but then I don't want to see a 2 star hotel, the room was very dark without much light and you could hear what was happening in the rooms next to mine just as clearly so all in all not a hotel I would recommend so I changed hotels early the next morning after one night, which I have not tried before.

The staff was very rude. They took me into three different rooms which were all dirty. I took photos of them. One of them had spit on the counter the other head brown faeces on the floor near the toilet. The staff refused to upgrade my room just keep giving me another one that was dirtier than the other one. I would not recommend this property at all.
