The staff at this property are really nice. However, the rooms, hallways, lobby,etc need a major upgrade: carpets were in poor condition, showers not the best. The bedding was clean and location excellent. Also, there was an aroma that was sprayed through the hallways, etc that was a very heavy scent. This is our second time staying here two summers in a row and both times when we returned to our room the room was filled with a smoke smell that had entered our room through the vents.

Very happy with my stay. It is a 4-star property and has the amenities you expect from a 4-star. The rooms were cleaned very well every day. The bed was comfortable but a bit hard. It is very nicely located with much shopping and dining around. Marmaray station is close and easy to use for public transport.

From impressive art deco interiors, walking distance to the shore, welcoming and attentive staff, great breakfast selection, an amazing roof top restaurant with a stunning view of the sea, to proximity to many other amenities and restaurants.
