A complete disappointment. Housekeeping is terrible. Rooms are old style. Staff is non responsive. we complained to the manager 4 times about house keeping. We were promised several things but nothing was delivered. Wouldn’t ever stay here again. One star is only for the perfect location!!

Don't bother staying here. Not a 5* (3* at best) and definitely not worth paying for Executive Rooms and Lounge access. Incredibly rude, unapologetic staff - mainly management (Mr Hakkan at front desk & restaurant manager Jahan). General Manager never bothered to try and meet or contact us despite multiple complaints & request to speak with him. Multiple issues - Executive lounge closed/unstaffed on multiple occasions. Could not gain access with our key cards and 2 trips back down to reception did not resolve this. Absolute waste of time. When we finally gained access, no hot food available as advertised. When we complained, there was no sincere apology offered. We were expected to call reception so they could send someone from the restaurant to attend the Exec Lounge for us (unacceptable). Told we had to order the hot food and wait so it would be fresh (ok, fine) but this was not advertised as such. Plus they couldn't tell us what hot food was available. Awful breakfast (stale bread and foods, runny scrambled eggs, no fresh orange juice) possibly 2* standard. Rooms not cleaned sufficiently - dirty glasses/leftover food not taken away. Some days complimentary water not replenished. Younger trainees in the Executive lounge were lovely, location is good as the airport bus stops right outside/close to metro and walking distance to most sights. Spa/hamman nice but steam room unavailable. Save your money and stay elsewhere or choose a real 5*.

amazing staff, perfect location

This is the first review I have ever taken the time to write but due to the amazing staff at this hotel I have to take the time to do it I have stayed at hotels all over the world and staff don't get any friendlier or helpful than this hotel They helped our party of 2 couples with anything and everything we asked from parking the car to late check out to sending shopping back to another part of Turkey via UPS Also the hotel is not the most opulent I have ever stayed in BUT it has a great feel to it The rooms are comfortable and very clean, decent size, lovely bathroom The food from room service was quick and way above the standard I've experienced for this price of hotel in the past Whoever is responsible for running this hotel is doing a great job and I would definitely 100 per cent stay there again, indeed I may have to return to Istanbul again sooner rather than later and won't be looking to stay anywhere else Thank you to all the staff who helped us during our recent 3 night stay

Great Spa

Very good location though a lot of road works currently around the hotel. Helpful front desk staff though not all requests responded to. Best bit to me was its excellent spa which is of a very high standard. The bit about free airport transport is misleading as it is free only one way and that is on return in their shuttle which leaves once a day at 08.30. On the whole, a very good hotel in a beautiful city and I wouldn't mind going back to both!

Hoteleinrichtung veraltet. SPA Bereich ist okay. Zimmer nicht ganz sauber. Die Dusche machte komische Geräusche. Personal sehr nett.
