The location was perfect and within easy walking distance of all of the old City's attractions - Blue Mosque, Aghia Sophia, Grand Bazaar to name a few. All of the staff we met were very helpful and most welcoming. We ate twice at the Hotel restaurant. The old city views are incredible, the food (residents get 20% off) was fantastic, as was our waiter Ali, who went out of his way to make sure we had a perfect dining experience. I highly recommend the Chicken in almond sauce!

This hotel is very cute and the staff is very friendly. They give you 2 large bottles of water each day, which is actually very convenient. It's conveniently located if you're looking to stay in the Sultahahmed area.

Had a great vacation in Istanbul staying in this hotel for 8 nights; great location to many tourist sites and T1 tram that took me to most of the tourist areas. In particular I liked the breakfast in its rooftop restaurant and the staff are so friendly, Tuce (sorry name may not correct) ordered omelette for me that is great. Also the room keeping lady of my room 310 is so nice to me.
