駅から近くて、どこへ行くにも快適だったと思います。 しかしながら、部屋は写真と違いまったくきれいではなく、ベッドで寝たらかゆくなりました。おそらくダニがいるのでしょう。 床には小さなゴギブリのような虫などがたまにいて不快でした。

窓なしエクスプレスルームに要注意

部屋タイプが、予約時の表記はスーペリア、予約確認メールが届いたら窓なしエクスプレスルームと書いてありました。詐欺みたい。 2泊もするのに窓なしの狭い部屋は嫌だ！と思ったけれどキャンセル不可だったので仕方なくそのままに。 フロントの青年は、エクスプレスルームの客だと分かったとたん態度が横柄に。 エレベーターの場所も顎で指すだけ。 部屋は冷蔵庫も歯ブラシもなく、ポットはかなり旧式、洗面台は水漏れし、トイレットペーパーはなくなっても補充してくれませんでした。紙の補充を頼んでおいたら、黙って部屋の入口に置いていきました。ヨレヨレで変形していて、いつも泊まっていた部屋のトイレットペーパーとは質が違って見えました。 Lower Classの客になるって、こういうことなのね…と学習しました。 今まで定宿にしていて、場所も料金も気に入っていましたが、今回は大失敗。 フロントスタッフも、以前はすばらしかったけれど、だんだん有能な人が抜けていき、今はがっかりすることが多いです。 朝食もだんだん質が落ちてきたかな。 スーペリアルームなんて名称に騙されたのが返す返すも悔やまれます。

a notre arrivée, le réceptionniste ne trouvait pas notre réservation, alors que cette dernière était déjà payée. Il nous a donc recommandé de contacter hôtel.com pour avoir un autre numéro de réservation. Nous avons ensuite eu une chambre « express », sans fenêtre, une chambre insalubre avec des draps sales, rien qui ne ressemblait aux photos ! Grosse arnaque
