Worst hotel ever. Room smelled awful, stains in carpet, missing closet doors, torn couch, rock hard bed, noisy neighbors with loud kids and dog barking, out dated, poor condition... in other words gross!

This place was a dump. We went in the room. Looked around. Went downstairs and tried to get our money back but was told we had to go thru Hotels.com. Immediately checked out and went next door to LaQuinta.
The “pull out full size” sofa bed. Broken. Won’t even pull out completely.
The soiled mattress of the sofa bed. Sheets cost extra.

Toilet was lose, the hallways smelled off, paint on ceiling coming loose, soft floor, flooring not installed correct and a trip hazard. No staff to help with anything. Counter top falling apart, no updates since the hotel was new, if there are updates, they were installed poorly!! I would never go back

The two rooms were nasty. This place was a dump. The sofa bed was broken and the mattress was so soiled. We walked into the two rooms, walked out. Went back to front desk and asked for refund. Was told had to get it from Hotels.com. We left and went next door to La Quinta.

Upon arriving in our room, was greeted at the door by 2 roaches crawling across the floor. Immediately called the front desk, of which it took forever to get ahold of someone as it was late. Upon getting ahold of the guy, when I told him what was wrong he didn’t have a response and by his body language you could tell he wasn’t surprised. They didn’t offer anything to us for the issue. Would not recommend this to anyone!

They said are room which was reserved wasn't available. They wanted to split My family of 4 with 2 kids into 2 rooms instead. We waited about an hour for a room to be available. The property is completely outdated, musty. My husband got a Sinus Infection from being in that musty room. We didn't have enough pillows or bedding. They only gave us 2 towels for 4 people, then wanted to charge us for more towels. We specifically reserved this hotel for the kitchen, which had no pots, pans, utensils, or dish soap available. Reservation included free Wi-Fi, yet we were charged for wi-fi. Reservation said kitchen fully equiped, it had nothing! It said it was a non-smoking facility, the whole place reeked of cigarette smoke. Never Again!

My review of the stay: The room was stinky, the carpet smelled bad, and the room had a lot of humidity; it seemed like the carpet was damp. There was also dust on the ceiling and walls near the A/C duct. Additionally, the very dark colors created a depressing atmosphere in the room. There was very little lighting. The carpets in the hallways were dirty and in poor condition. The lobby doors were in bad shape, and the appearance of the reception area was poorly presented with a very dirty plexiglass to greet customers. We left early due to the bad experience with the place. I expected something different since the hotel is in a very nice city. Respectfully , Victor

The staff were friendly and helpful. Beyond that the pictures I saw of the hotel online did not match our experience. Old and dirty carpets, old and worn out furniture, pull out couch was in rough shape and unusable... it seemed like a great price, but it was too good to be true. It is important to note that the advertising photos are out of date.
