The staff were friendly and helpful. Beyond that the pictures I saw of the hotel online did not match our experience. Old and dirty carpets, old and worn out furniture, pull out couch was in rough shape and unusable... it seemed like a great price, but it was too good to be true. It is important to note that the advertising photos are out of date.

As soon as you enter the building it has a horrible smell and it’s very outdated. Our bathroom door was broken and kitchen dirty and rusty. Beds were uncomfortable and sofa bed dirty with stains! Very awful and nasty! Never again will I book with this company!

If i could give this hotel 0 stars i would. My wife was on a trip to Florida and we selected this based on overall ratings and cost. Horrible mistake. 1st room was extremely humid and musty, 2nd room had a urine stained mattress and a potato growing sprouts under the bed. The hotel gives you 2 towels for 4 people and was told it would be $1.75 to swap out a toweltowel.towelThere was mold

The room had just been de-bugged..dead roach on counter..smell of pesticide...couch needs complete cleaning or replacement..it was well worn and stained. On the good side because of recent spraying, i did not find any live bugs.
