The hotel was a convenient location to the train. The staff was helpful in giving direction. The rooms were clean and well maintained. Breakfast options were provided. I didn’t like the sublevel with w stairs. Not convenient for someone with heavy bags.

We were very pleased with our stay. The building was very quiet and the staff couldn’t do enough for you. They suggested restaurants, areas to walk and explore. They also serve a very nice breakfast. I would stay again when we’re in Lisbon and highly recommend this hotel.

Close to Metro stop, access to the Intercities train station (Oriented) and also the Aeroport. Breakfast is excellent with good choices including fresh fruits, cold cuts, bacon and eggs, pancakes, pastries, juices, coffee, etc. Excellent price for what is offered at this hotel.

Add coffee maker to room

Great hotel. Would like to have a coffee maker in the room. Would have made the stay a little better rather than leaving the hotel for a coffee .

Hotel is at very convenient location close to metro line..check in was smooth..Andrea and her colleague did an early check-in and gave nice room. Breakfast was good value for money.Sandra was an excellent server taking care of guests. Overall good value for money
