Unjustified price

Not a 4 star hotel, should be 2 or 3 max rooms havent been renovated in years and the price isnt justified, hotel is also in a shabby area with garbage and tagging around only positive was the placement next to the airport

The property is located, conveniently near the airport and close to downtown Lisbon. Unfortunately it needs a major renovation as beds are uncomfortable, washrooms are in disrepair and lobbies are tired.

Staff communication has lapses. When you communicate to one staff the time of check out, another staff will come banging on your door. 😉and the housekeeper knock once and then open the door on you. Twice or 3 times they barged in on me almost undressed.

Ok, but needs renovation.

This hotel is old, needs renovation, a lot of renovation. Everything works OK, but really not great. It’s ok for a short stay, maybe two nights. It’s close to the airport so that is good. It’s also close to the subway so it’s nice to get downtown. The breakfast is OK, but really not great, it could be a lot better.

The property is grand but it needs update. When the elevator opens the floor is uneven. You can see wear signs on furniture and it looks dirty. The guest hallways smells like smoke, some paper stuck on the peephole, tub side have mildew. Jorge in restaurant and front was wonderful.
