Staff were amazing, location perfect. We arrived when there was the electricity black-out that hit Portugal/Spain and even if our reservation was later in our trip they helped us incredibly with a printed maps and food/water for my kids. When we returned for our stay everything went flawlessly

There was great difficulty in obtaining parking. We wanted overnight parking, and were told complicated instructions to a parking garage that had no advance signage. The garage itself was so narrow that I scraped my rental car on the turns. The staff needs to provide clear information on a good and safe place to park and assist as needed for your customers to park. Consider valet!!!!

Pathetic service, toilet is dirty. Wifi was not even working. Talked to receptionist multiple (20 times) times but no response. Condition of room is not upto 4* or other Radisson blu hotel across. I don’t recommend this hotel.
