On first appearance the hotel was very pleasing but we were disappointed with our room. It felt as if it had been prepared in a hurry. There was no kettle, bottle water & only 1 cup. The door was damaged as if someone had tried to break in. The swimming pool & changing rooms were a bit tired. On a positive note the staff in the Ark leisure were really lovely.

Lifts don’t work properly, mini bar fridge empty, no water in the room etc asked for a receipt just told to get it off Expedia didn’t even book through them. Last stay for me in this hotel. Shame.

I am sorry to hear that you were disappointed that our mini bars are no longer in service however we do offer a 24h room service and there is a small fridge in our reception office where we can store items for you. Our team does provide water upon request and there is also an ice machine on each floor and ice buckets in each room if you wish to keep anything cold. Late check out was offered and taken up. Breakfast was offered on check in special price 9.95 and it was served until 12 fabulous made our weekend

It was a great hotel expect that in both the rooms the TV signal was interrupted so no TV. Also when we tried to ring in advance and talk about parking options the Reception phone rang and rang and rang and we had to give up. We could see why when we checked in, big queue and one lady checking people in. Lovely staff but they are clearly under resourced.

Good place showing its age

We've stayed at the Radisson a couple of times now. It's a decent hotel, staff are great, place is clean and location is good enough. It's showing its age a bit now and really needs a refresh, especially the rooms could use some modernizing. More power sockets would be great and the chez lounge in our room was pretty ugly.

liverpool show

Had a fantastic stay overnight at the Raddison hotel in Liverpool would definitly recommend and return again to family and friends , hotel staff were wonderful and very freindly excellent service .
