Everything was great , Evan check during the evening to make sure we’re was ok , help with our luggage (we had a lot) would stay there again if in Waterloo, very clean and large room wi-fi worked well. Was able to get a bus right across the street. Thank you for a wonderful stay

Beautiful Hotel

My girlfriend and I stayed in this hotel over the weekend and we loved it. The hotel has heaps of character, the decor is modern and the hotel is very clean. The owner, Paul, was lovely and clearly passionate about the hotel and the service provided. We would certainly stay here again.

The room itself was absolutely stunning. Gorgeous high beamed ceilings with a little chandelier, big spacious double room and a nice sized en-suite. Clean, and a very comfy bed. Lovely hotel.

Lovely hotel with great service. We stayed in the family room which is probably one of the largest family rooms I’ve ever stayed in, nice and spacious. Staff were really friendly and helpful.
