I booked four rooms, before our check out time, we hanged out in my son’s room, when we went to our respective rooms to get our stuff, that’s 15mins early of our 11am check out, we can no longer open the door. I had to go to the lobby again for them to unlock the rest of the rooms. But the place is clean and new and no foul smell, beddings and barhroom are clean

I love this hotel - the location is perfect and beautiful, it feels like an escape from LA, a perfect stay for us when coming from the Bay Area to visit family. When we come it is myself, my husband and our 5 year old, we always feel welcomed and enjoy the pool.The restaurant is delicious and offers perfect portions with fair pricing. We have stayed here 2 times in the past 3 months and have decided this is the only hotel for us when we come to visit our southern CA family! I would always recommend staying here.
