I recently stayed at Quality Inn & Suites Los Angeles and was impressed from start to finish. The concierge greeted me with warmth and efficiency, guiding me through a quick, smooth check-in and offering helpful local tips. Later, the hotel manager personally welcomed me, checking in to make sure my needs would be met and that I felt well cared for during my stay. The room service team was outstanding—polite, prompt, and thoughtful with every interaction. My room was spotless, the bed incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom clean with solid water pressure. Housekeeping kept everything fresh without interrupting my day, and the common areas were well maintained. Breakfast offered a solid selection to start the day, and the wifi was reliable for work. Overall, the staff—from the concierge to the manager to room service—made me feel valued and well looked after. I’d gladly return and would highly recommend this property to travelers visiting Los Angeles.

We have stayed here multiple times over the years. This was the most disappointing trip and I don’t think we will be back. We had a hold on our deposit twixe even although we paid upfront, then we had another $7.40 charged to us which they couldn’t explain. We were told breakfast was until 10am only to find out it finished at 9am. The complimentary shuttle bus is great and we appreciate that however, the driver was reckless and angry because he called out delta 1 and we said we are Delta 2 then his last call was united. We and another family were left on the bus because he wasn’t clear enough. We won’t be back

The hotel is walkable from LAX rental car return. The free breakfast was delicious. They have a scale in the lobby to weigh your luggage but beware - it grossly underweighed one of our bags, the other two were accurate. We would absolutely stay here again- so convenient to LAX. The shuttle is not on a schedule, it comes every 20 - 30 minutes so keep that in mind!

Couldn't get housekeeping to come to our room so I had to go to the front desk 4-5 times to get towels for our room and for the pool. The shower had a few leaks and odd pieces. For convenience the place was great, but felt like it was falling apart a little.

Something to know about embassy suite, LAX North

One of the worst pick up transportation waited more than one hour, calling three times and they all lie to you telling you wait all other transportation pick up past by us three or four times the hotel probably they are taking a break or sleep no response in regard Food is limited, but acceptable staff are not friendly nor helper, and unfortunately, the second time to this place. It was a mistake from me to have second registration because I thought different hotel on I made that reservation from the first one last year.

Property was great! Shuttle service and driver were not good. When picking up at the airport he didn’t even stop … just kept going and didn’t even look to the side. When flagged down didn’t even say hello. When dropping off at the hotel it was through the back of the hotel and never told us where to go and we are older and we had lots of luggage. I think he needs further training in people skills and communication
