The air conditioner was broken in the first room, the hotel is so cheap that they don’t even keep an engineer overnight, they don’t have enough cleaning staff so things are missed like the dirty socks we found in the room that we’re not ours, we were moved from the broken air room and although the other air conditioner worked, the TV was easily 15 years old. It had VCR inputs and everything. Then the neighbor was smoking pot and it came into our room, and the toilet clogged! Everyone that worked there was wonderful, it’s just clearly been neglected by Hilton as they ask for maximum profit with minimal effort. Short staffing, everyone and not updating or keeping proper upkeep of the rooms. Plus our bed was harder than the beds they give at the emergency room. The ONLY other redeeming thing besides the staff, was the breakfast. It was good with lots of options.
