I was checked into the 12th floor. No hot water, was told by staff to wait for hot water to arrive given high floor. Waited over 15mins only to have Luke warm water. Do not recommend

Very nice room and affordable

This was the most affordable walking distance hotel to LAX terminals. The room was comfortable, nice and had very good bedding which is my main need. Lobby is not too fancy, but room was excellent.

Staff was friendly the only problem I had is if u need are want to wash clothes or have a nice breakfast this is not the place. They had a washer and dryer but u had to pay 3 dollars and get your own coins cause the don't provide coins or have them. Had to go to a gas station to get change for washer and dryer. And they breakfast server took for ever to get my food which wasn't very good it was reheated pancakes. But I give over all a 3 1/2 stars. Price was reasonable

Bad Experience, No Common Courtesy/Communication

Traveling with my friends with a service dog and they were treated very disrespectfully. They let the hotel know ahead of time that they would be bringing a service dog (the hotel is supposedly pet friendly even if your dog is not a service dog) and upon returning to the room after a day out, they discovered they were locked out of their room. At the service desk they were told that they had been locked out "due to evidence of a pet", again, even though they are supposedly pet friendly and were made aware we'd be traveling with a service dog. The fact that they did not call my friend to clarify any questions they had about this so-called "evidence of a pet" and instead resorted to just locking them out is very unprofessional, disrespectful, and inappropriate. The hotel manager did not have the courtesy to address this issue when my friend emailed her directly and instead had a staff person call to offer a lukewarm apology. We did not feel the situation was resolved satisfactorily and no real accountability was taken by the hotel. The staff at the on site market/coffee stand was excellent, however.

The pool was under repair when I went— the pool being the main reason I selected this hotel. also it was $18 for a single makers mark, seems really high. My vip offer was a 20 percent off coupon for food (no room service or alcohol) I feel like it should also count for room service.

Renovated, clean and comfortable

The hotel is newly renovated and very comfortable. I have stayed at most of the hotels near LAX, and this was the best. There was a glitch in what turned out to be a very lengthy registration process (credit card machine went on the blink). However the reservation agent was very apologetic and gave me some compensation. I highlight the breakfast buffet which was really excellent. Altogether a very good place to stay.

Súper buena alternativa cerca a LAX, el único punto negativo fue la poca frecuencia del shuttle para ir del aeropuerto al hotel. Tuve que esperar 1 hora afuera hasta que pasara, mientras que los demás hoteles pasaban cada 20-30 minutos. De ahí, todo lo demás estuvo bien.
