Great location, great staff, fantastic rooms.

Location: Great nightlife, just off the Main Street in Madrid

2nd visit to this hotel and it was excellent like before. Will definitely visit again and excellent value for money.

Amazing Central Hotel!

I need not say more than it is everything you could want in a central hotel! If I am ever back in Madrid I will be staying here.

City break, ended up with no sleep!

On arrival we thought wow this is going to be a really quirky and fancy hotel as the lobby was amazing however enter the lift and go to the room and this theme is not continued, its just a bog standard room. This wasn't an issue and was a big room with good amenities however our issue with the room was the noise. We barely slept the entire trip! We were on the stret side and literally felt like people were in the room. We've stayed in hotels on busy strips before but obviously had good glazing as was not as bad as this. Location wise its a good location but do note its within the red light district of Madrid so be prepared to see people on the streets when walking to places....within 400 mtres we counted 27 ladies. Finally the hotel documents etc imply the breakfast is included in the stay and there is NO price anywhere so we went each morning only to be asked to pay when leaving. It was reasonably priced however I would think they should display the price to customers. Not sure how hotels get their stars but in oyr opinion this was not a 4 star hotel I'm afraid.

Great hotel

We stayed for 4 nights at the beginning of April. The hotel is in a good location for Central Madrid just off the Gran Via, close to the Metro station and tourist bus stop. The staff were all so very friendly and extremely helpful. The hotel which has obviously undergone some refurbishment recently was superb.We had no complaints whatsoever and for the price we paid was excellent value. We didn't, eat at the hotel as we wanted to experience the many bars and restaurants that Madrid has to offer. We chose a room at the back of the hotel which although it didn't have any great view was quiet,away from the hustle and bustle of the City. The hotel offers a private transfer service to and from the airport which we chose and although it isn't cheap was again excellent. Madrid is certainly one of our favourite European Cities.We found it easy to get around particularly if you use the Metro,with lots to do and we had no problems with safety.

Convenient location (a street perpendicular to Gran Via), surprising hotel in terms quality-price

I did no expect such quality for such a low price. The Canary Islands decoration brings you to a very relaxing atmosphere. Rooms are spacious and clean.

Fabulous city break in Madrid

Hotel was absolutely perfect. Great location, clean and really nice staff. Great bathroom - super clean. Only one negative was that our room did not have a kettle with some tea or coffee. Otherwise perfect. Would definitely stay again.

Great location, very friendly

We stayed in the hotel for 3 nights. We asked for a quiet room. The room was average size and was in an interior court, so very quiet. Hotel is 2 minutes from Gran Via metro stop and well located. Vanessa at the Front desk is charming and very helpful.

Zeer centraal gelegen hotel

Hotel op loopafstand van het centrum. Vlakbij de bruisende Gran Via met heel veel winkels. Vriendelijk en zeer behulpzaam personeel. Rustige kamer met mooie badkamer. Jammer dat er geen koffie of thee voorhanden was op de kamer.
