Very basic property but expensive for the amenities. Very well located. Staff was friendly but at checkout they didn't want to call a taxi for us. Room wasn't quiet, you can hear conversations from next rooms in the middle of the night. I will not stay again there. Many better places around.

Poorly kept hostel. The room was not cleaned properly, bed sheets were dirty, odor ciming from the toilet etc. Only good thing was the location. Centrally located near many good restaurants and attractions

The location and the cleanliness of the facility. The administration must instruct the employees to be more polite. One evening, when I entered the lobby with my sister and niece (who live in Madrid) to pick up a gift I brought for them, the person in charge of the night shift yelled to us in a very nasty way: "Two minutes!", as if I we were in a jail. My sister and niece were in shock.Humiliating treatment!

Achei o estabelecimento muito bom. Localização privilegiada, com fácil acesso a todos os principais pontos turísticos. Staff muito atencioso. Os quartos tem boa vedação, apenas pontuo que devido a época do ano (fim de outono) o ar condicionado do quarto nao estava funcionando. Quarto possui um mini frigobar que pode ser usado. É um lugar que certamente retornarei.

El personal muy atento. La sala de estar y recepción limpias y agradables, pero la habitación fue de pesadilla.
