I loved the hotel location and services, however I may suggest to be more eco-friendly, the shampoo and shower accesories are pure plastic, instead of going for reusable containers attached to the wall

This hotel is right in the center of Madrid. It is a beautiful, well kept historic bullding. The room(suite) was the quietest of our trip even tho it was in the center of the city. The metal motorized blinds blocked the street noise and the light like I’ve never experienced before, which made us oversleep the morning after arriving. Great staff and attention to detail with magnificent in room minibar, and bathroom toiletries. Will definitely stay here again.

Large, comfortable, quiet room. Very helpful staff. Street area outside is noisy and crowded but you do not hear in the room. Hotel is located within walking distance to attractions and also convenient to Metro.

Excellent location! Kept in great condition! Beautiful virews from the rooftop bar! Incredible staff! I can mention just a few names from the breakfast buffet and rooftop bar (Lucia, Carmen, Paola and Clara with whom I had the chance to talk) however, the cleaning staff was also super polite and nice. Unfortunately I onlu retained the name of Chaimae, but they've been all great. Also the reception desk staff EVERYONE was amazing!
