CoolRooms Palacio de Atocha was an amazing stay. I will be staying there anytime I am in Madrid. The room was amazing, clean, and the staff was beyond helpful. My original flight was canceled after I was already at the airport, and I called the hotel back, and they were able to squeeze me into another room for an extra night! Superb customer service!!!

This was a great location close to the train station and all the great museums and an excellently maintained property with fantastically spacious rooms and great service. Courtyard, pool, and restaurant were inviting for a moment of relaxation. Highly recommend.
